花生中菊酯类农药残留量的气相色谱法测定

The determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues in peanut by gas chromatographic method

研究了花生中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯的提取、净化及气相色谱测定方法.农药残留采 用乙腈提取、固相萃取柱(SFCFlorisil-1g)净化、氮吹仪浓缩以及电子捕获/气相色谱法检测.方法 回收率可达84.1%～90.8%,检出限达0.01mg/kg.

A method for the extraction,purification and GC determination of permethrin,fenvalerate and deltamethrin residues in peanut was studied.The pesticide residues were extracted with acetonitrile,purified by a SFE Florisil-1 g column,concentrated with Nitrogen Evaporators and determinated with GC-ECD gas chromatography.The recoveries of this method ranged from 84.1%~90.8%,and the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg.
