现代信息和通信技术的发展对人类社会产生了深远的影响,医疗卫生事业深受其益。但在将来,比如在2015年中国医院信息系统会朝着怎样的方向发展?有两方面的因素会影响它的走势,即信息的发展和医学的进步。本文从六个方面去展望2015年中国医院信息系统:医疗文件、数据交换、医疗知识和医疗决策支持、临床研究和报告、信息系统管理、ICT设备。
The progress of modern information and communication techniques not only has had profound influence on our society, but also has significant influence on the healthcare system. What is the prospect and direction for China Hospital Information System(CHIS) around the year of 2015? The major factors that determine the future CHIS are information progress and advance in medicine. The expectation of CHIS was viewed in the article from the following six aspects: medical documents, data exchange, medical knowledge and clinical strategy support, clinical research and report, management of information system, and ICT equipment.
