医院信息系统是利用计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术对医院进行现代化、数据化管理,为各级领导、部门提供可靠的参考数据与决策支持。在医院管理、临床医疗、护理、财务、后勤物资、医保等多层次多部门之间发挥着重要的作用,并可促使医院的管理模式发生重大变革。医院信息的特点是信息量大,增长快速且复杂,同时各部门之间(包括院外,如医保)的数据需要实现共享及交换。
Hospital information system(HIS)is about utilizing computer technology, network technology, database technology to undergoing modernization, datumization management to hospital, and offer the reliable reference data to leader, department at all levels to support with making policy. Playing an important role among multi-level much departments, such as managing, clinical medical treatment, nursing, finacial affairs, logistic goods and materials, medical insurance of the hospital, etc., impel management mode of the hospital the great change happen. The characteristic of the information of the hospital is that the amount of information is great.increase fast and complicatedly, at the same time (include outside the courtyard between every department, e.g. medical insurance)need realizing sharing and exchanging.The following is the presentation of HIS system in our hospital's clinic ward, impatient and medical insurance application situation of module.
