摘要
介绍甲烷喇曼激光器的自调Q现象,并给出自调Q甲烷喇曼激光器有关特性的实验结果。实验中获得了单脉冲能量为4.9mJ、脉宽为6ns的1.54μm激光输出。
Self-Q-switching of methane Raman laser is described, and the experimental results of some characteristics of self-Q-switching methane Raman lasaer are given. A single pulse energy is 4.9mJ and the pulse width is 1.54 μm laser output with 6 ns in the experiment.
