摘要
报道了使用光束诊断仪对市售He-Ne激光管输出激光束的截面光强分布的测量结果及几种激光束截面光强分布参数的稳定性,并对测量结果作了定性说明。
By use of a light beam-diagnosing instrument, the section light intensity distribution of laser beam from a commercial He-Ne laser tube has been measured. The measurement results and the stability of the section light intensity distribution parameters of several laser beams are reported and the measurement results are indicated qualitatively.
