摘要
给出一种可调剪切差的平行分束偏光器设计方法,它调整方便,可获得较大平行分束剪切差,为现代偏光技术提供了一种新型偏光平行分束器件。
In this paper,we give the design of a parallel beamsplitting pola- rization device which beam-displacement is not only larger but also adjustable. We supplied a new kind of parallel beamsplitting device for modern polarization technology.
