摘要
介绍利用氩激光焊接鼠生骨神经的实验,与传统缝合法比较进行了生理、病理测试和研究,并对焊接机理进行了探讨。
The comparative study of sciatic nerve microepineutrial anastomoses with use of argon laser and
convenaltional suture techniques was made on 58 rats. The examinations included electrophysiologic.
histopathologic. ultrastructural study and the measurement of gastrocnemius muscle wet weight in order to assess
the nerve regeneration and evaluate the methods of repairing nerves. The result of the examination showed that the
laser group was advantageous.
