摘要
本文对各种激光打孔方法进行模糊综合评判,进而用正交试验确定复合精密激光打孔的最佳优化组合。
In this paper we study that the fuzzy synthetic judge of laser drilling with various methods is
first. Secondly, the optimum combination of compound precision laser drilling with multi-factor expariments is de-
termined.
