工业纯铁离子注Ti层激光加热前后的组织结构

The Structure of Ti Ion Inplanted in Armco Iron and Laser Treatment

本文用X-ray、TEM技术研究了60KV、5×10^(17)Ti^+/cm^2注入工业纯铁表面后经CW CO_2激光加热前后的组织结构,同时,用AES对注入层的成分进行了分析。

Using x-ray and TEM, the structure of ion implanted in armco iron with 60KV. 5 ×10^(17)Ti^+/cm^2 before and after laser treatment has been studied. Meanwhile, the composition of implantation layer has been analysed by AES in this paper.
