摘要
本文分析了人力资源会计的发展,指出了其面对的两大难题:人力资源价值难以确认与计量,提出了解决这两大难题的基本构想:细分化-定量化-价值化-货币化模型(SQVCMODEL)。
The paper analyses the development of human resources accounting and points out its two difficulties, that is, the difficulty of establishing and measuring the value of human resources. It puts forward the idea to solve these two difficulties:the SQVC (subdividequantifyvaluecurrency oriented) model.
