摘要
用过渡玻璃永久密封窗口,金属—玻璃封接高效放电电极,充以“掺杂”气体,闸流管触发开关的封离型氮分子激光器,其脉宽为1～2ns,寿命达二年。
This paper reports a narrow-pulsewidth, high-power, long-lifetime completely sealed-offultraviolet pulse gas laser in which the mixed-gases are filled. It adopts permantly sealed transitiveglaso window, highly effectine glase-to-metal sealed discharge electrode and thyratron trigger swith. Itspulsewidth is 1～2 ns and its lifetime is over 2 years.
