Preparation of PVAc Emulsion through Copolymerization

采用烯类单体对聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液进行共聚改性研究,研制出耐水性、耐热性和抗冻性较好的环保型水性胶粘剂,实验并讨论了单体组成、乳化剂组成、反应温度等因素对乳液性能的影响。

In this article a new environment-friendly PVAc emulsion was prepared by copolymerization of VAc and three other vinyl monomers. The properties of the emulsion such as the water-resistant, heat- resistant and freezing-resistant were effectively improved. The effects of different experimental condition on the properties of the final emulsion were discussed.
