异种材料结合界面附近裂纹尖端处应变分布的模拟试验研究

摘要 在非均质体断裂行为的研究中,作者等曾提出过“裂纹尖端塑性区畸变”模型本文设计了一种模拟试验,利用莫尔法获得了异种材料界面附近裂纹尖端处的应变分布,结果证明,在非均质体的分析中,传统的断裂力学的能量判据方法是不适用的. In the studying of fracture behaviour of non-homogeneous solids,a“crack-tip plastic-zone abnormal expanding”model has been proposed.In order to verify this model,a simulation test is developed,from which the strain field at the crack-tip adjacent to interface of dissimilar materials is obtained by Moire method.From the results,it is verified that the traditional energy-criterion methods in fracture mechanics is unsuitable in analysis of non-homogeneous solids.
