摘要
在数控机床中,伺服系统是重要组成部分。讨论了交流伺服系统的数学模型、伺服系统的MATLAB仿真、位置环稳态性能和动态性能位置调节器参数的整定,并比较了用Panaterm软件对松下机床的实测波形与仿真波形。比较结果表明了该模型及其参数的正确性,但模型和参数设置还有待进一步改进。
In a numerical control machine tool, servo system is an important part. This article discusses the mathematic model of the AC servo system, MATLAB simulation of the servo system, the anlysis of the position loop's steady performance and the dynamic performance of the position controller. We compare the graphics measured in the machine by the software Panaterm with the graphics measured in the model. Comparison results prove the correctness of the model and its parameter, but some improvements on the model and its parameters are still to be made.
