摘要
根据成品油经销企业在油价跌势时期的经营情况,把总存货成本划分为存储费用、风险成本、资金成本、缺货成本和订货费用5项。在需求和采购价均为时变的情况下分别给出了它们的5项函数表达式,并在此基础上建立了成品油的库存控制模型。证明了该模型的总库存成本目标函数在给定条件下为凸函数,给出了寻求最佳采购次数及服务水平的算法。
Based on the operation of refined oil companies during the oil price declining period, the total stock cost is divided into storage cost, risk cost, capital cost, OOS cost and ordering cost. Their function expressions are presented in the condition that the demand and ordering cost are both time-dependent, on the basis of which a stock control model of refined oil is set up. It is proved that the total stock target function of this model is a protruding function under certain conditions, and an algorithm to determine the optimal purchasing times and service level is given.
