摘要
近年来,融资难是我国大多数小企业在发展过程中难以逾越的瓶颈制约,自1999年以来上海市先后采取扶持小企业贷款担保市场发展等一系列政策措施,力图缓解这一难题。通过对上海小企业贷款担保市场发展现状、存在问题等方面的研究,探讨促进当前上海小企业贷款担保市场发展的对策建议。
In recent years, it is difficult for small companies to raise necessary development funds in China. To solve the problem, several measures, such as promoting the development of the guaranteed-loan markets, have been taken in Shanghai since 1999. Present situations and existing problems in the guaranteed-loan market are analyzed. Countermeasures for future development of the market are put forward.
