Deep foundation pit supporting and dewatering construction of one high-rise building

针对中铁三局迎泽佳园高层住宅楼的深基础施工 ,结合地形与地貌条件介绍了深基坑支护和降水施工方案的选择及确定 ,并对重力式挡土墙止水帷幕、高压旋喷桩及拉锚式钢筋混凝土灌注桩支护等施工工艺、施工流程及操作技术要求进行了详细阐述 ,为今后深基坑的施工提供了可借鉴的经验。

Taking the deep foundation construction of the Jianyuan high-rise building of The Third Engineering Bureau of China Railway as example the selection and determination of the scheme for the supporting and dewatering construction of deep foundation pit are introduced based upon consideration of terrain factors. According to the application of gravity retaining wall used as water resisting curtain, high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile and RC pile supporting structure with tensile anchor detailed construction technology and technical specifications are introduced in order to provide references for future construction.
