摘要
介绍了建筑施工中的成本控制内容及分类 ,针对影响项目成本变化的各种因素 ,从推行项目经理责任制、建立成本目标责任制、控制生产消耗等方面 ,提出了建筑施工中成本控制的具体措施。
In connection with various elements of affecting item cost,it introduces content & classification of cost control in architectural construction and puts forward concrete measures of cost control in architectural construction from aspects of implementing item manager responsibility、building up cost target responsibility and control of production & consumption.
