摘要
针对建筑工程造价管理中的常见问题 ,从加强立法、严格规范建筑市场、提高招投标透明度等方面 ,提出了解决工程压价所带来的危害和弊病的措施 ,以规范造价工程管理 ,向国际招标惯例靠拢。
According to the problems encountered in cost management of building engineering the hazards caused price squeeze are elaborated from normalizing building market, improve transparence and other aspects; at the same time corresponding resolving measures are proposed to normalize cost control and contact with international practice.
