我国冶炼烟气制酸的现状及发展前景

Present situation and development prospect of China's metallurgical sulphuric acid production

论述我国冶炼烟气制酸的现状和特点,预测发展趋势。随着我国有色金属产能的稳步提高,冶炼烟气制酸得到较快的发展,2002年冶炼烟气制酸产量占硫酸总产量的22％,预计到2010年将达12000 kt。不同的烟气采用不同的制酸工艺,如常规两转两吸工艺、非稳态转化工艺、湿式硫酸工艺,但仍以常规两转两吸工艺为主。与此同时,由于先进技术的引进和开发,我国冶炼烟气制酸装置的技术装备水平有了很大的提高。

The present situation and plant features of China's metallurgical sulphuric acid production are reviewed and development prospect is forecast. As the steady increase in non-ferrous metal production, metallurgical acid production gains fast development. The metallurgical sulphuric acid output in 2002 reaches 22% of the total output and is expected to be around 12 000 kt in 2010. Various sulphuric acid processes are adopted according to the kinds of off-gases, such as conventional double absorption process, unsteady conversion technology and wet sulphuric acid process. But the conventional double absorption process still will be the overwhelming process. Besides, because of the introduction of advanced technologies, the process and equipment level of China' s metallurgical sulphuric acid plants have been raised greatly.
