介绍硫磺制酸装置由80 kt／a改为160 kL／a的技术改造方案。经过工艺核算,拟对工艺进行局部改造,更换部分设备并添加催化剂,以达到扩产的目的;同时拟采用先进技术提高装置的技术水平,以获得较好的经济效益和环境效益。

Scheme of revamping a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant from 80 kt/a to 160 kt/a is described. By process calculation, the plant capacity can be raised by part change of flow configuration, replacement of some equipment and addition of catalyst. Advanced technologies will be adopted as well for improvement of plant performance to obtain better economic and environmental benefits.
