蛋白质缺乏对小鼠胸腺细胞花生凝集素受体的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本文用异硫氰酸荧光素标记花生凝集素(FITC-PNA)测定蛋白质缺乏小鼠胸腺细胞表面花生凝集素(PNA)受体的变化。结果表明,给予缺蛋白饲料后,小鼠体重不断减轻,胸腺组织逐渐萎缩,PNA阳性细胞数减少,荧光反应强度减弱。小鼠体重下降与胸腺细胞表面PNA受体的减少呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。提示蛋白质缺乏可对小鼠胸腺细胞的分化、成熟产生不良影响。 The change of PNA receptors on the surface of thymocytes in protein deficient mice was investigated. After the mice were fed with protein deficient diet, the body weight continuously declined and the thymus gradually a-trophied. Qualitative test of FITC-PNA indicated the number of PNA positive cells was reduced and the fluorescent antibody reaction on the surface of PNA positive cells weakened. Quantitative test of FITC-PNA showed the amount of FITC-PNA coupled on the surface of PNA positive cells was mark- edly decreased as compared with the cotrol (P<0.01). There was significant correlation between the reduction of FITC-PNA on the PNA positive cells and the declination of body weight (p<0.01). These results suggested that protein deficiency can produce an untoward effect for differentiation and maturation of mice thymocytes.
