前列宁Ⅰ号配合坐浴治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎142例临床观察

Treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis by combination of Qianliening and hip bathing

目的 观察前列宁Ⅰ号配合坐浴治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法 将 2 82例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 14 2例 ,采用前列宁Ⅰ号配合坐浴疗法 ;对照组 14 0例 ,采用口服男康片配合坐浴疗法。 2组均 4周为 1个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率为 92 .3% ,对照组总有效率为77.9%。 2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 前列宁Ⅰ号配合坐浴可有效改善慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床症状 ,恢复或减少前列腺液的白细胞数 ,增加卵磷脂小体 。

Objective To observe the effect of chronic abacterial prostatitis by combination of Qianliening and hip bathing. Methods 282 cases with chronic abacterial prostatitis were divided into two groups. 140 cases in control group were treated with combination of Nankang Tablets and hip bathing. Patients in treatment group (n=142) were treated by combination of Qianliening and hip bathing. The course in both groups was 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (92.3%) was higher than that in control group (77.9%, P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Qianliening and hip bathing could effectively improve symptoms of chronic abacterial prostatitis, decrease leukocyte in prostatic fluid and increase lecithin microsome.
