摘要
研究了多种聚酯多元醇(PE)、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、乙二醇(EG)1,4-丁二醇(BG)等原料合成湿式聚氨酯树脂,把湿式聚氨酯树脂溶于二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液,再以无纺布为布基制成合成革。考察了树脂合成过程中PE、EG、BG等原料对树脂成膜性的影响,研究合成革的生产工艺并对所用助剂(OT-70、S-80)的使用量等因素进行了考察。
Different Polyesters,Di-isocyanate,EG and BG are used in this experiment to synthesize PU resin by solution polymerization. The PU is then dissolved into the DMF, and the resulting solution is used to prepare synthetic-leather with the adhesive-bonded fabric as matrix. The manufacture technology of synthetic-leather is also studied by examining the effect of the addition of OT-70 and S-80.
