摘要
蔬菜中的β-胡萝卜素用1:1(V/V)的石油醚:乙醚研磨提取,提取液在45℃水浴中蒸干,用正己烷溶解残留物,经μBondapakC18柱,以甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在450nm下进行检测。β-胡萝卜素的保留时间为13.71min,回收率为94.1%~102.2%,重复测定不同样品的变异系数为2.38%~5.17%,该方法简便、快速。
β-carotene of vegetables was extracted with petroleum ether and ether (1:1). The extract was evaporated at 45℃ in water bath. The residue was dissolved in n-hexane and analysed on a column ofμBondapak C18 with gradient elution, methyl alcohol as mobile phase. It was then detected at 450nm by spectrophotometer. The retention time of β-carotene was 13.71min. The recoveries were 94.1% to 102.2%. The coefficient of variation was 2.38% to 5.17%. The method was simple and rapid.
