摘要
在梳理理论界对投资与消费关系的认识的基础上,分析了合理调整投资与消费关系的三个方面的理由:第一,中国投资与消费关系已经不协调;第二,保持中国经济平稳较快发展的需要;第三,解决内需不足和生产能力普遍过剩的需要。最后,提出调整投资与消费关系的原则与建议。
On the basis of examining the relation of investment and consumption, the paper explores the reasons why the relation of investment and consumption needs to be adjusted: (1) the relation of investment and consumption is not coordinated; (2) the need of ensuring stable and rapid economic development; (3) the need of resolving insufficient domestic demand and surplus production capacity.
