摘要
学科建设是大学第一要务,科研是学科建设的纲。抓科研,既要坚持百花齐放、百家争鸣、学术无禁区的原则,要有宽容的科研环境,又要注意围绕学科特点培育有系统的开拓性研究基地,要注重发挥比较优势,注意科研成果质、量的对称,以"含金量"作为科研成果评价的主要依据,完善激励和约束机制,以科研为纲推动学科建设向高层次发展。
Academic research is the priority work in the university. For its growth, free development principles and relaxed environment could be very critical. At the same time, fostering systemic and pioneering research center, exploiting comparative advantage, focusing on quality , improving motivation and restrain mechanism could be extra efforts to the academic research development.
