基于正交小波变换的心律波动信号分析

摘要 在研究心律波动信号1/f噪声特性的基础上,以美国国家健康研究中心提供的心电图数据库为对象,提取了心律波动信号,进行正交小波变换,在所得细节小波系数序列的基础上,用最小二乘拟合法求取心脏正常人和心脏充血患者的心律波动信号的谱参数。试验结果发现:根据谱参数可以定量地区分心脏正常的人与心脏充血患者。大部分正常人的心律波动信号的谱参数大于1,而大部分心脏充血患者的心律波动信号的谱参数小于1。这个结论将有可能为心脏病的诊断与预诊断提供一种辅助手段。 Nonstationary heart rate variability shows 1/f fluctuation. Based on orthogonal wavelets and least squares algorithm, the deduced spectral parameter was used to analyze the heart rate variability of congestive heart failure patients and normal people. The analysis results show that most spectral parameters corresponding to congestive heart failure patients are smaller than 1, and bigger than 1 for normal people, which could provide an assistant method for cardiopathy diagnosis and pre-diagnosis.
