摘要
介绍了杏仁在线分选系统的软硬件设计和工作原理,分析了系统设计中的几个关键问题,提出了提高气阀打击准确性的两项措施:操作系统的精确定时和算法的精确定位。为了提高系统的实时性,采用了高性能的工业控制计算机和多缓存技术,并分别对2个CCD获取的图像进行处理以防止漏检,最后根据综合结果驱动气阀动作。
The principle and software and hardware design for an online detection system for almond were introduced. Several issues in the system design were studied and two measures for improving valve spraying accuracy were proposed, which are precise timing in operation system and accurate positioning in the algorithm. In order to realize online implementation for the system, high performance computer and multi-buffer techniques were used. Images obtained from two CCD used in the working place were processed separately for reducing detection errors and finally the spraying action were conducted.
