摘要
为了满足众多中小型机器的监测需求,开发了便携式测试信号分析系统,介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件设计。该仪器集数据采集、存储、分析和通信等多种功能于一体,具有体积小、重量轻、便于携带、操作简便等特点。它能够现场采集分析数据,并将数据传入PC机,进行进一步分析诊断,实现系统的监测维护。实验模拟结果证明,该仪器能广泛地应用于各种设备的监测、诊断中。
In order to meet the condition monitoring demands by the small and medium type mechanical equipments, a portable data acquisition and signal analysis system has been developed and its hardware configuration and software structure were described. This system incorporate many functions in a unit, including data acquisition, storage, analysis and communication,etc., and is characterized by structure compactness, light weight, easy portability and simple operation. It is capable of acquising, analysing, and saving on-site data as well as uploading the data to PC to process further, accomplishing the system monitor, diagnosis, and maintenance. The simulated experiments gave out the encouraging positive results.
