基于PLC控制的大型金相试样切割机的研制 被引量:7

摘要 针对金相试样的特殊要求,对金相试样的切割技术和磨削过程进行了研究。提出了采用逐层切割和进三退一的多种切割方式切割试样。保证了金相试样的切割质量,提高了切割机的切割能力。控制系统采用PID控制变频调速器实现了砂轮片转速的无级可调和自动控制,提高了切割机的控制精度,增强了切割不同材料的适应性。 Facing the special requirements for the metallographic sample, the cutting technology and the grinding processing of the sample were studied. The cutting techniques by dribbling-away process and three steps forward and one step backward process were suggested to assure the cutting quality and enhance the cutting productivity of the metallographic sample, and a sample cutting machine was developed. The core of the machine is a PLC control system, and a PID control system is introduced to control the frequency converter to realize automatically the stepless rotation of the grinding wheel. The developed machine is characterized by high control precision of cutting samples and the adaptability to cutting samples made of various materials.
