摘要
报道了利用超声波法对银杏外种皮中活性成分进行初提,再用溶剂分离纯化氢化白果酸、白果酚、银杏黄酮类等物质的新工艺路线。试验中通过薄层层析、分光光度,高效液相色谱、红外波谱对产品进行定性定量测定和结构分析。同时介绍了酸、酚及黄酮类物质生物活性测定的结果。
A new technology of extracting active compounds from the testa of Ginkgo Biloba L was studied. Ginkgolic phenols, Ginkgolic acids and Ginkgolic flavoniods were purified with solvents from starting material, which was obtained by ultrasonitor from the testa of Ginkgo Biloba L. The TLC, spectrophotometer, IR and HPLC were adopted for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the products.
