论资源产业经济布局和结构的调整

分析了资源产业的困境、经济布局和结构调整的主要障碍,并以经济学理论为基础,结合西方国有企业产权多元化改革实践,提出了资源产业结构调整和产权多元化的途径选择,为企业的改革改制提供参考。

The difficult position of resource in- dustry, the main impediment of economic over- all arrangement and structure adjustment of re- source are analysed. Based on economic theory, the ways of industrial structure adjustment of resource and diversified property right are put forward combined with the western countries re- formation practice, which provides reference for enterprise's reformation.
