On the Analysis of the Relationship Between Corporate Governance and Company Performances Through Viewpoint of System

根据我国上市公司的股权结构的现状,以系统的观点分析股权结构与公司业绩之间的关系,分析我国上市公司股权结构如何影响治理机制发挥作用,进而影响公司业绩。从中找出解决公司业绩下滑的症状解与根本解,舍弃症状解,以根本解--完善公司治理结构为基础,提出优化上市公司股权结构、完善公司治理结构、提高公司业绩的合理化意见。这对我国上市公司的发展、我国企业建立现代企业制度以及资本市场的稳定发展与经济水平的提高都具有一定的参考意义。

In this paper, according to actual status about the ownership structure, the authors analyze the relations between the ownership structure and performance of listed companies through viewpoint of system and how ownership structure affects corporate governance and performance of listed companies. Through analysis, the authors find out symptomatic solution and basic solution and put forward advisable opinions to optimize ownership structure, better corporate governance and enhance performance of listed companies.
