摘要
目的:学习和掌握突触素的结构、功能及其作用机制,就突触素的结构、转运及再循环、生理功能及机制及其与神经系统疾病等方面进行综述。资料来源:应用计算机检索“Medline1994-01/2004-05”与突触相关文献,检索词为“synapsin”,限定文章语言种类为English;同时计算机检索“清华全文数据库1994-01/2004-05”期间与突触相关文献,检索词为突触,限定文章语言种类为汉语。“”资料选择:就检索到的500余篇文献进行筛选,选择以动物为对象、以突触素为主要研究内容的文献70多篇,其中研究内容相似的,以近5年且发表在较权威杂志者优先,排除综述类文献。资料提炼:将筛选到的36篇文献按结构、功能和疾病关系分类:其中5篇与突触素的结构相关,23篇与其功能相关,8篇与突触素相关疾病和应用有关。资料综合:36篇文献共包括1120只动物,说明了突触素是与突触囊泡相连的磷酸蛋白,它在神经递质释放、突触可塑性和突触发育等过程中均发挥重要作用。结论:突触素因其特异性的分布及作用方式而被广泛应用。
OBJECTIVE: To study and master the structure, function and mechanism of synapt ophysin, and summarize the structure, transport, recirculation, physiological fu nction and mechanism of synaptophysin and the nervous system disease. DATA SOURCE: Using the key term “synapsin”, we searched the MEDLINE database plus relevant reference checks of all articles on synaptophysin in English lang uage between January 1994 and May 2004. Meanwhile, using the above key term in C hinese, we searched the Tsinghua full text database in Chinese language between January 1994 and May 2004. STUDY SELECTION: Among 500 articles, more than 70 articles, which were studied on synaptophysin as the main program and animals as the experimental subject, w ere selected especially the similar, the newer and the more authoritative ones. The summarizations were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 36 articles were classified according to the struc ture, function and diseases. Among them, 5 articles were relevant to the structu re of synaptophysin, 23 to its function, and 8 to its diseases and application. DATA SYNTHESIS: Concluding 1 120 animals, 36 articles showed that synaptophysi n was a special phosphoproteins which was connected with synaptic vesicles, and it played an important role in the regulation of neurotransmitter release, synap tic plasticity and synaptic development. CONCLUSION: Synaptophysin is widely used because of its special distribution a nd its action styles.
