摘要
本文报告 1998~ 1999年在内蒙古东部鄂温克旗草场调查鼠类感染泡状棘球蚴病原的情况。从该旗两个乡的草场捕获 4种鼠类 ,只在优势鼠种 ,布氏田鼠 (Microtusbrandti)中查到泡状棘球蚴 (Alveolarechino coccus)。在好力堡乡草场的总感染率为 7 12 % (10 0 140 4) ,其中秋季感染率为 16 33 % (48 2 94) ,春季为4 2 % (10 2 38) ,夏季为 4 82 % (42 872 )。在南屯乡西草场的总感染率为 8 18% (31 379) ,其中秋季感染率为 13 16 % (30 2 2 8) ,也大大地高过春季感染率 0 6 6 % (1 15 1)。在两个乡的草场检查到的 131只泡状棘球蚴阳性鼠包含有 3种结构和发育形式均不相同的泡状棘球蚴虫种。其中西伯利亚棘球绦虫 (EchinococcussibiricensisRauschandSchiller,195 4)泡状棘球蚴为优势种 ,占 74 0 5 % (97 131) ,多房棘球绦虫〔E .multi locularis (Leuckart ,186 3)〕泡状棘球蚴 ,占 19 0 8% (2 5 131) ,呼伦贝尔泡状棘球蚴 (Alveolarishulunbeieren sisTangetal.,2 0 0 1)占 6 87% (9 131)。此 3种虫种幼虫期在两草场上 。
The endemicity of alveolar echinococcosis in rodents in Ewenke County Pasture,Eastern Inner Mongolia was further investigated in 1998~1999. Observation were made on the bionomic of rodent host bearing the larval stages of the Echinococcus multilocularis. Seasonal variation of the infection,and the different species of the alveolar hydatids were noticed. The incidence of infection of the rodent host, Microtus brandti captured from three grasslands of two villages in Ewenke County was 5 28%(131/2 483). The total infection rates in rodents in different grasslands were found as follows:Xinihe grassland of Haoribao Village was negative (0/700);Haoribao grassland of Haoribao Village was 7 12%(100/1404);West grassland of Nantun Village was 8 18%(31/379). Seasonal infection rates in the latter two grasslands were:In autumn(September),16 33%(48/294) and 13 16%(30/228) respectively were higher than that in the spring(April),4 2%(10/238) and 0 66%(1/151) respectively,and that in the summer(July),4 82%(42/872). Three different species of alveolar echinococus were found from 131 positive Microtus brandti in grasslands of both Haoribao Village and Nantun Village as follows:Of the 131 positive voles,97(74 05%) were infected with alveolar hydatids of Echinococcus sibiricensis Rausch and Schiller,1954;25(19 08%) were infected with alveolar hydatids of Echinococcus multilocularis (Leuckart,1863); and 9(6 87%) were infected with Alveolaris hulunbeierensis Tang et al. ,2001. The three species of alveolar hydatids are different from each other in structures of each stages of their developments.
