摘要 低温冻存下细胞保存效果最好 ,但超低温保存必须借助于冷冻保护剂 ,不同的冷冻保护剂 ,其冷冻保护效果不同。抗冻蛋白将逐渐地取代传统的冷冻保存剂。其中抗冻蛋白来源的开拓、作用机理的探索和生产技术的提高将成为冷冻保存剂研究和发展的新方向。 The Selection of New Cryoprotectants in Super low-temperature Cell PreservationAbstracts:With all the methods of cell preservation,the super low-temperature conservation has the best effect.Different kinds of cryoprotectants differ largely in their effects on cell preservation.Nowadays,AFPs(antifreezing proteins) as a new kind of cryoprotectant,would gradually substitute traditional cryoprotectants.
