摘要
劳动争议仲裁制度是处理劳动争议的主要形式。但现行的劳动争议仲裁制度存在着缺乏效率和监督、受案范围狭窄等弊端 ,已不适应新的形势发展 ,必须加以改革。
It is the system of labor dispute arbitration that is the main form to cope with labor dispute .But our country’s current system of labor dispute arbitration exist many shortcoming ,such as lack of efficiency and supervision ,and its scope to accept case is too narrow .Therefore, it does not fit in with the new siturtion and must be reformed .
