摘要
文章主要从同义词、正式词及古体词等三方面探析商务合同翻译中的选词 ,并运用例句说明选词在合同翻译中的重要性。
This paper mainly deals with the characteristics of diction in business contractual translation from the perspectives of synonym, formal term and archaic word. It employs some examples to stress the importance of diction in contractual translation.
