当前 ,我国农村干部与群众信任缺失问题比较严重 ,直接影响农村干部与群众的关系。从干群关系的特征分析 ,产生这种信任缺失的原因主要在农村干部。必须切实采取有效对策改善和消除农村干部与群众信任缺失问题。

At present ,The problem of the lack of trust between leaders and masses in the countryside is more and more serious , which directly affects the relationship between leaders and masses in the countryside. Analysing from the features of the relationship between leaders and masses in the countryside, I think that the main cause of the problem lies in some leaders in the countryside. So, It is believed that certain effective measures have to be taken to better the relationship between leaders and masses and make up the lack of trust between leaders and masses in the countryside.
