摘要
建立了用反相高效液相色谱测定抗氧剂3114的方法。优化了试验条件,采用μ BondapakC18为固定相,甲醇作为流动相,选择270nm作为检测波长,外标法定量,可在8min内完成测定任务。
Determination of antioxidant 3114 by reverse phase liquid chromatography was described, and the experimental conditions were optimized as follows: Stationary phase: μ-Bondapak C_(18); mobile phase: methanol; wavelength: 270 nm. Quantitative analysis was carried out by using external standard method, and the test could be fulfilled in 8 min. The method is effective, simple and rapid. The results are accurate and reliable.
