摘要
在pH1.4HCl KCl缓冲溶液中,痕量汞(Ⅱ)对亚铁氰化钾与盐酸羟胺的显色反应有催化作用,加入乳化剂OP能提高其灵敏度。通过研究该反应的最佳条件、动力学参数和机理,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量汞(Ⅱ)的新方法。该方法检出限为1.9×10-9g/mL,线性范围为0.002~0 048μg/mL,方法可用于测定牛奶中汞。
Based on the micellar catalytic effect arising from ligand-exchange reaction between hexacyanoferrate (Ⅱ) and hydroxylamine in the presence of p-Octyl-polyethylene-glycol-phenyl ether, a new method of high sensitivity and selectivity for the determination of trace mercury (Ⅱ) was found. The determination limit is 1.9×10^(-9) g/mL and the linear range of the determination is between 0.002 and 0.048 μg/mL. It has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of trace Hg(Ⅱ) in the milk.
