摘要
研究了原子吸收光谱法间接测定碘解磷定。在pH5.0溶液中,当四苯硼钠过量时可完全沉淀碘解磷定,在滤液中加入过量的KCl沉淀剩余的四苯硼钠,再测定滤液中的过量的钾,可以计算得到碘解磷定的量。方法的回收率在98%~103%之间,相对标准偏差为1.8%。
The method for indirect determination of pralidoximi iodidum by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) was studied. In the pH 5.0, the pralidoximi iodidum was completely precipitated with the addition of excessive sodium tetraphenylborate, and the surplus was precipitated with the addition of excessive potassium chloride. The potassium in filtrate was detected by AAS, and the content of pralidoximi iodidum was calculated. The average recoveries were 98%~103% and RSD was less than 1.8%.
