摘要
提出用特制活性炭填充柱分离,热导检测器检测,以外标法定量,同时测定O2、CO、CO2。探讨了该方法的校正因子、各组分的线性相关性及微量氧气的分离和定量等。在选定的色谱条件下,O2与CO的分离度达1.7,各组分的相对标准偏差<0.18%,绝对误差<0.04%。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of O_2, CO, CO_2 in tail-gas of carbonylation of alcohols was developed. An activated carbon packing column, thermal conductivity detector and external standard method have been used. Under the selective conditions of gas chromatography, the correction factor and linear relationship for each component, as well as determination of trace oxygen were examined. The method is accurate and precise. The separating degree of O_2 and CO is 1.7, the RSD is less than 0.18%, and the absolute error is less than 0.04%. The method was applied to the determination of O_2, CO, CO_2 in tail-gas of carbonylation of alcohols with satisfactory results.
