阴道镜在诊断子宫颈病变中的应用研究

目的 探讨阴道镜在子宫颈病变的临床诊断价值。方法 对 1172例宫颈病变患者的阴道镜检查结果进行分析总结。结果 1172例宫颈病变患者中 ,组织病理学检查 2 2 6例 ,确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤样变 (CINⅠ～Ⅲ级 ) 14例 ,占 6.19% ,宫颈浸润癌 4例 ,占 1.77% ,宫颈慢性炎症 195例 ,占 86.2 8% ,人乳头状病毒 (HPV )感染 13例 ,占 5 .75 %。结论 阴道镜检查对早期发现宫颈癌、CIN及HPV感染有重要的诊断价值。

Objective To i nvestigate the clinical value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods The colposcopy results for 1172 patien ts with cervical lesions were analyzed. Results In 1172 patients with cervical lesions , 226 of which had gone through histopathologic examination, it proved that 14 o f them (6.19%) with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN Ⅰ～Ⅲ), 4 of them ( 1 .77%) with cervical infiltrating tumor, 195 of them (86.28%) with cervical chron ic inflammation, 13 of them (5.75%) with human papilloma virus (HPV) infection. Conclusion Colposcopy is of value in early di agnosis of cervical carcinoma, CIN and HPV infection.
