摘要
本文介绍了无预冲洗胶束溶液在老君庙油田L油层注入和回采的全过程。本次试验表明,所使用的胶束溶液具有良好的注入性能和驱油性能,表面活性剂在地下的损失较小。
This pilot was coducted in single well F184 of Laojunmiao Oil Field, Yumen, sept. 1990-nov. 1991, to investigate the injectivity of micellar solution composed of 4% petroleum sulfonate YM-3A, 4% n-butanol, and 0.1% Ca^(++)+Mg^(++) chelating agent BPA. The oil well F184 was transfered to water injection at 99% water content. In 20 days 308m^of micella with 12.4t sulfonate, 12.6t butanol and 0.31t BPA was injected into the reservoir without any pretreatment and in more than 10 months 400m^2 of liquid was recovered together with 0.804t sulfonate and 2.2t butanol. The micellar solution is shown to possess good injectivity and flooding properties as envindenced by the injecting pressure decrease, the water absorption enhancement in the well, and flow parameters increase in the reservoir, as well as by the appearance of oil bank, the more heavy components of oil produced, the more mineralized water production with more amounts of Ca^(++) and Mg^(++). Approximate calculations lead to surfactant loss in reservoir 0.2-0.8mg/g, a value less than acceptable one, 1.0mg/g.
