摘要
目的研究转化生长因子(TGF)β1及其I型受体(TGFβRI)与核转录因子(NF)κB在乳腺癌组织中的蛋白表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法建立40例乳腺癌标本共120个微组织的组织芯片,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测乳腺癌组织TGFβ1、TGFβRI与NFκB蛋白的表达情况。结果TGFβ1、TGFβRI和NFκB在乳腺癌中均有表达,三者过表达率分别为80%、65%和80%;TGFβ1的表达强度与TNM分期、组织学分级、腋淋巴结受累呈正相关(P<005,P<001和P<001),NFκB的表达强度与组织学分级、TNM分期呈正相关(P<005),TGFβRI的表达与分级、TNM分期、腋淋巴结受累均无明显相关性;TGFβ1和NFκB的表达呈显著正相关(P<001)。结论TGFβ1和NFκB的过表达与乳腺癌恶性及预后有密切关系,NFκB可能在一定程度上受到TGFβ1的调控。
? Objective To investigate the protein expressions of TGFβ 1, TGFβRIand NF κBin breast cancer and their relations to the clinicopathological features. Methods The protein expression of TGFβ 1, TGFβRIand NFκB examinated in tissue chips from 40cases of breast carcinoma usingS P immunohistochemical method. Results All the cases expressed the protein of TGFβ 1, TGFβRIand NF κB, with an overexpression rates of 80%, 65% and 80%, respectively. The expression level of TGFβ 1 was positively correlated to TNM staging, histological grading and axillary lymph node metastasis( P <0 01, P <0 01 and P <0 05, respectively).The expression level of NF κBwas positively correlated to histological gradingand TNM staging( P <0 05). But the expression levelof TGFβRIshowed no correlation to histological grading, TNM staging or axillary lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The overexpression ofTGFβ 1 and NF κB might be closely correlated tothe malignancy degree and prognosis of breast cancer.The levels of NF κB might be regulated by TGFβ 1. 〔
