烃氧化产物皂化后活性组分在油、水相的分配 被引量:4

摘要 用强酸酸化后测定乙醚抽出物酸量和酯量、溴甲酚绿两相滴定测定羧酸盐等方法研究了烃氧化产物皂化后活性组分在油、水相的分配。结果表明,在现行的用NaOH皂化烃氧化产物以制备水溶性石油磺酸盐的过程中有相当多的活性组分分配到油相;在水相和油相中均有大量羧酸酯存在,羧酸酯量远远超过羧酸盐量。 The distribution of carboxylates and carboxylic esters between oil and aqueous phases of saponified products of oxidized hydrocarbons(OHC) is studied by determining carboxylate content using two phase titration with bromocresol as indicator and carboxylic esters using acid/base titrations in organic or aqueous medium. It is shown that cosiderable parts of carboxylates and esters are distributed to the oil phase of saponified products of OHC, 6.58% and 26.20%, 6.97% and 44.76% of the total amount of active components for two samples of OHC, respectively. Ester contents are great both in the oil and aqueous phases, the total ester amount being 2.44 and 3.08 times as much as the total carboxylate amount for the two OHC samples. It is necessary to find a way of using the active components in oil phase and to study the interfacial activity of petroleum carboxylate in relation to coexistance of ester together with carboxylate.
