东乐膏GC指纹图谱研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的利用毛细管气相色谱法对中药橡胶膏剂东乐膏(大黄、乳香、没药、冰片等)进行了分析,建立东乐膏GC指纹图谱。方法样品用无水乙醇超声波提取,采用DBWAX弹性石英毛细管柱(30mm×0.25mm,0.25μm,J&WScientific),FID检测器。结果确定8个色谱峰作为特征指纹峰,并对东乐膏中的主要挥发性成分冰片的含量进行了快速分离测定,分析周期为6min,线性范围为40~400mg·L-1,线性相关系数为0.9994。结论该方法可靠、简便,可作为东乐膏的产品质量控制标准。 AIM: To establish Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Resina Boswelliae Carterii Commiphora myrrha, Borneolum Syntheticum, etc. the fingerprint analysis of traditional Chinese rubber electuary medicine Dongle Paste and to provide the quality information by capillary gas chromatography (GCC). METHODS: The GCC method was used. The capillary column was DB WAX (30m× 0.25mm × 0.25μm , J&W Scientific). The detector was FID. The samples were extracted with alcohol by the aid of ultrasonic extraction. RESULTS: The result showed that 8 peaks were common. The analytical period was only 6 min and the content of borneolum in Dongle Paste was quickly determined. The linear ranges were within 40~400mg·L -1 ( R = 0.9994 , n =5). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It may be practical value for the quality control of Dongle Paste.
