摘要
目的探讨五味子和丹参配伍后其有效成分的生物药剂学特征。方法五味子醇甲,五味子乙素,五味子,五味子配伍丹参分别灌胃给于小鼠,按时间顺序点采集血浆,加硫酸胺与乙腈—甲醇(4∶1)混合液萃取制备样品液,经HPLC测定五味子醇甲,五味子乙素含量,并用SIP和3P97程序计算药动学结果。结果配伍组所含乙素、醇甲在小鼠体内吸收代谢速度要明显地低于单味对照品乙素、醇甲和五味子,消除半衰期延长,生物利用度提高。结论中药配伍有其药代动力学的意义。
AIM: To explore the biopharmaceutical character of the combination of Fructus Schisandrae and Radix Salvia Miltiorrhizae. METHODS: Mice were divided into four group according to schizandrol A, Schizandrin B, Fructus Schisandrae and combination with Radix salvia Miltiorrhizae and then perfused. Mouse's bood plasma was collected in sequence, and the test solusion was prepared by adding amine sulfate and the mixture of acetonitrile methanol (4∶1). Its contents were measure by HPLC in the aid of SIP and 3p97 program. RESULTS: Metabolic rate in mouse of schizandrol A and schizandrin B from combination is apparently lower than that of non combination. CONCLUSION: Chinese Traditional medicinal combination has its biopharmaceutical value.
